Week 3--13.1 New York

Week 3 of training went so much better than week 2.  Having two rest days makes all the difference!

Monday: 4 miles @ pace vs. 4 mile @ pace
Tuesday: rest vs. rest
Wednesday: 3 miles vs 3 miles
Thursday: rest vs. rest
Friday: 3 miles vs. 3.5 miles (hills)
Saturday: 3 miles vs. 3 miles (hills)
Sunday 6 miles vs. 7 miles

total miles logged: 20.5
