20 Weeks!

How far along? 20 weeks, 6 days (and of course I'm late to share and now I'm 21 weeks along!)
Total weight gain/loss: +3 lbs
Food cravings: Nothing special this week.  I am pretty boring!
Anything making you queasy or sick: I felt sick on Friday.  Just really worn out and tired.  But I know its because I went overboard and walked 19,000 steps, or almost 9 miles the day before.
Have you started to show yet: Yes, but my bump is so small in the morning and by night it looks so BIG!!

Movement: I am pretty sure I am feeling her, but it's so subtle.  I was feeling a little nervous about not feeling her more, but the midwife reassured me at my appointment this week that everything is just fine with Eden.
Gender prediction: She's still a girl!!  Although, after looking at the sonogram I can't figure out how what the arrow is pointing to represents a baby girl?!
Wedding rings on or off? On, and fitting comfortably.
Belly Button in or out? No change from last week.  I've still got an innie.
Happy or Moody most of the time: I'm happy.  That's my normal demeanor though.  There's just too much to be happy about to be moody.
Maternity clothes? Not yet, but I know its coming.
Stretch marks? Nada.  I've finally started to use lotion to help prevent them.  I guess I should have been doing this from the start.
Sleep: Meh.  I've not slept well since I found out I was pregnant.  So many trips to the bathroom!
What I miss: Before I got pregnant I was always on the lookout for blueberry flavored drinks.  My favorite being blueberry sangria.  Ollie and I had brunch this weekend and what did I see on the wall menu: a blueberry Mojito.   And of course I couldn't get it.  Bummer!!
New Baby Items: Nothing new this week.  Oliver and I were looking at the baby section at Target today and holy moly there is so much!!!!  And nothing is cheap!
Exercise: My Fitbit is such a good motivator to get out and walk. I'm so happy I have that thing.  And I did well this week with meeting my 12,500 steps per day goal.   Especially since I'm tracked out and I slept in and laid around like a bum during the day!!
What I'm looking forward to: Eden and I are off on a 12 day adventure.  We're leaving for Alaska in the morning!!  We'll be camping and hiking and exploring and enjoying the cold weather!!
Milestones: This week it was walking 19,000 steps in one day.  That's a lot of movement, people!!  And this is silly, but at my appointment this week the midwife measured my belly for the first time.  Hey, it's the little things!!
Best moment this week: The best moment was hearing Eden's heartbeat on Wednesday.  I know she's been in my belly for 20 weeks now, but since I don't really feel her yet, and my belly isn't that big, I kind of don't feel pregnant sometimes.  But to hear her heart beating and know she is doing well is just the best feeling.  Gosh, I love that baby so much!  I cannot wait to meet her!!

19 weeks and a very special reveal!!!

How far along? 19 weeks, 6 days (Posting late again!!!)
Total weight gain/loss: +3 lbs
Food cravings: This week I wanted pizza.  I got it too!!  I ate pizza 3 times this week.  No regrets here!! :)
Anything making you queasy or sick: I felt GREAT all week.  I am really loving being pregnant!
Have you started to show yet: If you know me then you're seeing my bump growing bigger daily.  But, it you didn't know that I'm pregnant then you're probably saying to yourself that I need to go on a diet.  Ha!

Movement: I think I might have felt the baby a couple times this week when I was laying in bed but I'm not sure.  The feeling was so faint that I could be wrong.
Gender prediction: It's a GIRL!!!! And her name is Eden.  Sweet little Eden Massey. We're still working on the middle name though.  We've narrowing it down to three names.  Don't worry,  I'll let you know what her full name will be as soon as we decide. :)
Wedding rings on or off? On, where it belongs!
Belly Button in or out? In and staying put at the moment.
Happy or Moody most of the time: HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maternity clothes? Nope and not complaining either!
Stretch marks? None that are pregnancy related.
Sleep: I slept really well this week.  I am in love with my pregnancy pillow.  I'm snuggled up with it when I'm in my bed and on the couch.  Great investment.
What I miss: Nothing really.  I'm too excitement about the baby to care this week.
New Baby Items: I received some very lovely gifts at my gender reveal party. Some precious onesies, books, knickknacks, and stuffed animals.  Eden is so loved already!
Exercise: I got in my steps this week by cleaning.  Oliver and I cleaned every evening this week preparing for the party.
What I'm looking forward to: Starting the nursery!!  It's going to be painted a light gray with pink accents.
Milestones: Finding out what we're having!!
Best moment this week: Finding out the gender of our sweet little baby!!!!!!!!!!  I was 100% convinced I had a little boy swimming around in my belly.  And let me just tell you that Oliver and I got the surprise of our lives when we popped that balloon and pink confetti came floating down.  Ollie said it was the biggest surprise of his life.  Finding out the baby's a girl is by far the best MOMENT in my 32 years of life!

Best day ever!!!! :)

18 weeks

Excited much?!

How far along? 18 weeks, 6 days (Posting late again this week, I'm 19 weeks today.)
Total weight gain/loss: +2 lbs
Food cravings: This week I wanted fruit.  Mostly grapes and pears.  I'm still waiting for those stinkin' pears to ripen.  Maybe tomorrow they'll be ready.  I did have another craving this week: 90's music!!!  I have been listening to 90's music on Pandora any chance I get.  I just can't get enough!!
Anything making you queasy or sick: This week I felt really good.  :)
Have you started to show yet: Yes and yes!!  I can't wait for the belly pop!!
Movement: I've read that at 18 weeks you can feel the baby moving.  I've not experienced it yet.  But then again I don't really know what to look for? I've heard it can feel like flutters in your belly.  None of that business this week.
Labor Signs: No, thank heavens!
Gender prediction: I am 100% certain its a little amigo.  One week until we find out!
Wedding rings on or off? On!  (boring question)
Belly Button in or out? In and looking the same as always
Happy or Moody most of the time: I'm super happy.  It's just so exciting to me knowing there's a living being inside me.  Whoa!
Maternity clothes? All of my clothes fit just the moment.
Stretch marks? Just the ones I already had before becoming pregnant.
Sleep: Sleep was much better this week than it was last.  I've always been a belly sleeper and so it has been tough sleeping on my side.  I think I've gotten it down where I can rest comfortably now. That body pillow that I wrote about a couple weeks back is no longer annoying but quite comfy!  I'm officially sold!
What I miss: Still missing sushi.  I was at Harris Teeter today and the sushi looked soooo good. Of course I know grocery store sushi is not good AT ALL, but at that moment it looked delicious!
New Baby Items: Nothing yet, but once we find out what we're having the buying will begin! :)
Exercise: Shall we just skip over this question altogether?  This week was bad.  Like really bad and probably why I gained two pounds.  There's always next week!
What I'm looking forward to: Next Saturday is the big day!  The GENDER REVEAL PARTY!!!  I cannot wait!
Milestones: Seeing our baby this week on the ultrasound I kind of realized I'M GOING TO HAVE A BABY!  Of course I've known this for several months but I guess its becoming more real everyday.  Yay!
Best moment this week: Oliver and I had our big ultrasound this week!  We got to see EVERYTHING...well except when then they were checking the sex of the baby.  We turned our heads during that part.  Let me just tell you how amazing it was to see our baby.  Almost 45 minutes of exploring.  We could see the parts of the brain, ribs, spine, heart, fingers, toes, and just whatever else the sonographer and doctor showed us.  The best part was when the doctor started to play around and showed us images in 3D and 4D.  Our little Massey was so shy and covering its face in several of the images!  And then we saw the most amazing picture...a look at our little miracle's face!!  :) :) :)

17 Weeks

How far along? 17 weeks, 6 days (But didn't post until I was 18 weeks!.  Sorry, y'all)
Total weight gain/loss: Still down 11 lbs.
Food cravings: Nothing this week.  Although, I did buy strawberry yogurt at the store this week and it is so good.  I hadn't had yogurt since I found out I was pregnant.  Kind of grossed me out.  Guess I'm over that food aversion.
Anything making you queasy or sick: If I lay flat on my back too long I start to feel sick.  I instantly feel better when I roll onto my side.
Have you started to show yet: I don't look that pregnant when I wake up, but by the end of the day you can really see a bump.  It's kind of exciting!
Movement: None at the moment.  But earlier in the week I was laying on my back feeling my belly and I could feel exactly where the baby is.
Labor Signs: Heck no!
Gender prediction: I just know there's a boy hanging out.
Wedding rings on or off? On!
Belly Button in or out? In.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Still so happy all the time.  I love talking about the baby!
Maternity clothes? None quite yet.  I was at Target today and took a peek at their maternity section. I saw some really cute dresses.  Just looked though.
Stretch marks? Stretch mark free so far.
Sleep: I've slept pretty well the past few nights, but earlier in the week I was having some cramping and pain in my belly.  I talked to a midwife at my appointment this week and she told me its ligament pain from all the walking I'm doing.  Next purchase on my list: belly band.
What I miss: I was offered a beer today and for a split second I missed a cold beer on a hot summer day.
New Baby Items: Nada.  We're waiting until after we know what we're having to start shopping.
Exercise: I'm walking almost daily to meet my goal of 12,500 steps.  Two days this week I kicked butt and walked over 16,000 steps, which is 7 miles.  YES!  But on Tuesday I was feeling so under the weather and didn't even walk 8,000 steps.
What I'm looking forward to: Ollie and I have our big ultrasound appointment on Monday and this is when we find out the gender...well sort of!  We're having our gender reveal party in a couple of weeks and so we will find out then what we're having.  And no!  I'm not going to peek in the envelope before then.  I want to find out with everyone else what we're having.
Milestones: Energy.....SO MUCH ENERGY!!
Best moment this week: Hearing the baby's heart beating at my appointment.  145 beats per minute!  All is well!! :)
